Innovative service for applying for and issuing electronic travel documents

Sheppa Technologies is bringing to market a new service that lets travellers quickly check entry requirements for different destinations, fill in the required questionnaires, automatically extract data from ID cards and passports, submit travel-document requests to the relevant government portals, and have approved visas delivered back to them.

Innovative information service for improving the quality of products and services through mystery-shopper evaluations

Sheppa Technologies is developing an innovative information service for clients that evaluate their staff through mystery-shopper or secret-evaluator studies. The platform manages the full lifecycle: registering and building a database of evaluators, assigning missions and scenarios, collecting and analysing feedback, and improving staff qualification.
